• Orders are considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. 
• Large or event orders may require advance notice and/or deposits. 

• Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. 
• Customers may select free local pickup in Temecula, which must be chosen at the time the order is placed. 
• Pickup location and time details will be provided in the confirmation email. 
• Delivery and shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or destination. 
• Bready or Knot Challah by Nancy is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier. 

• All challah breads are handcrafted in small batches using premium-quality ingredients. 
• Slight variations in color, size, texture, or shape may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of artisan baking and are not considered defects. 
• Our products are made using plant-based ingredients and crafted with care to maintain consistent quality and flavor. 

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with:

• Eggs

• Tree Nuts 
• Sesame 
• Other common allergens 

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that products are completely allergen-free.

• Order cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup or delivery to receive a full refund. 
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once items have been picked up, delivered, or shipped. 
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can review and address the concern. 

• Custom flavors, event orders, wholesale requests, and seasonal loaves may be available with advance notice. 
• Pricing and availability may vary based on ingredient costs, order size, and production capacity. 
• Large event or catering orders may require deposits and scheduled production timelines. 

• Our challah breads are freshly baked and should be stored properly to maintain quality. 
• Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products after pickup or delivery. 
• We recommend consuming fresh products within the recommended timeframe or freezing promptly for best results. 

All content, logos, images, product descriptions, and materials displayed on the Bready or Knot Challah by Nancy website, packaging, and social media are the property of the business.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. 

Bready or Knot Challah by Nancy shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers 
• Improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery 
• Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities 
• Conditions beyond our reasonable control
