All orders must be placed through our website or approved order form.
Payment is due at the time of order via the accepted payment methods listed.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Orders will typically be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Customers may also choose free pickup at our Temecula location, which must be specified at the time the order is placed.
Pickup location and time details will be provided in the confirmation email.
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier and destination.
All challah is handcrafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients.
Slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur—these are natural signs of artisan baking.
Allergen notice: Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and sesame.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once items have been picked up or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Custom flavors, event orders, and seasonal loaves may be available with advance notice.
Pricing and availability are subject to ingredient costs and production capacity.

At Bready or Knot Challah by Nancy, every loaf is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been shipped or picked up.
If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or an error in fulfillment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
